  • Diane LeBon is a skilled project manager with a diverse portfolio that includes renovations and new constructions. She has experience in every project phase, from inception to completion, and is dedicated to creating spaces that are both functional and visually appealing.

    Diane pursued Graphic Arts at MCCC, obtaining an Associate Degree, and later returned to study Architecture. She achieved her Bachelor of Architecture Degree at Drexel University through their evening program, balancing full-time work and home renovation. Her passion for green building, environmental concerns, and sustainable design led her to become LEED certified.

  • Since joining the firm in 2001, Sean has specializes in overseeing diverse residential projects from single family to multi-family, additions, substantial rehabs, and new construction buildouts. Sean holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. His notable residential projects include the historic renovation of the Tiger Inn in Princeton, NJ.

Since 2010, she has been involved in various commercial and residential projects in New Jersey and New York. Proficient in architectural software, Katia combines her strong eye for design and aesthetics with technical skills to create functional and visually appealing spaces.

  • Since 2011, Meredith has resided in Princeton, NJ serving the firm as Office Manager. Along with managing the day-to-day office operations, she directly supports the President and Founder of the Company, handles accounts payable & receivable, maintains the Firm’s Architecture and Engineering licensure and prepares drawings for delivery/pickup.

    In her spare time, Meredith is a painter. She is a BFA graduate of Mason Gross at Rutgers University. Her work is Home to Five Painting and Sculpture Installations within the Neo-Natal, Women’s Ambulatory, Pediatric Neuroscience Center, and the Radiology wings of St. Peter's Medical Center in New Brunswick, NJ.

With over 11 years of experience, he has extensive expertise in wood, concrete, steel, and masonry design. Holding a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Minnesota, Mitchell is dedicated to helping homeowners achieve efficient, cost-effective designs while ensuring a smooth construction process through clear communication.
