Bob Riordan, PE

Bob is a mechanical engineer specializing in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with a focus on quality control, energy efficiency, and long-term reliability.

On residential projects, he makes sure the systems keep up with the design. Additions and renovations often mean new heating and cooling loads, a larger electrical service, or relocated plumbing, and Bob plans those systems so the home stays comfortable and efficient after the project is done.

He holds a BSME from Villanova University and is a member of ASHRAE.
