David Eareckson, PE

Dave is a civil engineer with more than 25 years leading land development and infrastructure projects, including senior leadership roles at Matrix New World Engineering and Birdsall Services Group.

On residential work, he handles the parts of a project that happen outside the walls. Grading, drainage, stormwater, and site layout all matter when a homeowner adds square footage, builds a new home, or adds a pool or driveway, and Dave makes sure the site plan works with the house and satisfies the township.

His background in carpentry and construction grounds his engineering in real-world constructability. He holds a BSCE from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
